Individual Therapy for Adults & Adolescents in Asheville & Marion
Living Hope provides individual therapy for adults and adolescents.
Our work utilizes evidence based treatment and trauma informed care as we seek to understand the individual and their story and provide care that is uniquely based on an understanding of their history and needs.
The clinicians at Living Hope provide therapy which acknowledges the importance of mind, body, and spirit as individuals address mental health, and associated areas of concern. Following a thorough assessment, our therapists create a treatment plan to address identified issues. This treatment plan forms the basis of treatment throughout the course of therapy.
The following are just some areas that our therapists address with our clients:
Depression
Anxiety
Panic Disorder
PTSD
Trauma
Sexual assault
History of physical, verbal, or sexual abuse
Alcohol and drug addiction
Sexual and gambling addiction
OCD
Grief, and death of a loved one
When experiencing such difficulty, many of our clients have expressed that it is significant comfort to have a therapist who understands their faith and can integrate this understanding into their care.
